Sonia Viner
Coaching Psychologist
Information
Coaching Psychology is centred around empowering clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their motivations, and their thought patterns. Unlike traditional therapy, which often explores past experiences, coaching psychology is forward-looking, with an emphasis on enhancing personal well-being and performance in the present and future.
As a coaching psychologist, I am committed to research and evidence-based practices. This ensures that the techniques and strategies I use are supported by scientific studies, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. By working collaboratively, we can identify and address obstacles—whether they involve mental barriers, self-doubt, or limiting beliefs—fostering personal growth and helping you achieve your goals with confidence.
